AMAZING... The process was thorough and most people may complain about the length of wait-time, but to me that was a plus, they took their time and got it right the first time. Noah, and his team came on time and was in and out, cleaned up and left no trace of them being there EXCEPT for Perfect Windows.

Buyer be ware. Make sure you are willing to set aside an enormous amount of money or sacrifice your child’s college tuition before signing the contract. Once you sign the contract you have three days to change your mind. I think longer than three days when debating buying a car. I definitely had buyers remorse and wanted to back out before any major construction or building doors had taken place but when I tried to talk to Bill Perry about canceling the contract he was very argumentative and said we signed the contract and if I wanted out of it he was going “to have to take it to legal”. So since he threatened to have lawyers involved I felt forced to go ahead with spending $12,800 on French doors. The actual insulation went well and everything was very clean but I will NEVER use them again. I don’t appreciate being pinned into a corner. Their policy to get out of the contract is pay 30% of the cost HA HA! They would have definitely come out on top considering they hadn’t even built the door.

From the salesperson to final installation, the quality of work was highly commendable. The installers, were clean, professional, respectful, and skilled in their trade. Highly recommend Mr. Rogers Windows!

This company was a pleasure to work with from the first inquiry to the finished installation. The product is beautiful and was skillfully installed by a great team. I would absolutely have them in my home for more new windows. I would like to give a special shout out to Tommy and his team for their expert installation of our beautiful sliding glass doors. Tommy was on time, courteous and worked diligently. It was clear that he is an expert at what he does and I would be happy to have him back to install more windows in our home.
