Renewal by Andersen®'s warranty is fully transferable, and does not end when you sell your home. Full coverage can be transferred from owner to owner as long as the warranty is still in effect. Warranties include parts, labor, and the following:
Renewal by Andersen® offers a 20-year limited warranty on glass in window sashes and patio doors. The glass is guaranteed to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship beginning on the day of installation. Insulated glass is guaranteed not to develop problems that obstruct the view, or leaks in the organic seal under normal conditions and use.
Renewal by Andersen® also offers a 10-year warranty on other parts of the window or door. FIBREX® windows are warranted not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit, corrode, or rot, under normal use for 10 years from the day of installation. Other parts of a Renewal by Andersen® window or door, such as locks, lifts, balance systems, hinges, handles, insect screens, weathering strips and finishes, are also covered for 10 years.
Conditions and exclusions apply. You can view the Renewal by Andersen® warranty here.
We know accidents happen, it’s a part of life.
You’re mowing the lawn and a rock kicks up and breaks a window. The kids are playing catch and throw a baseball through the window. A lamp topples off an end table and cracks the glass.
While you can’t prevent all accidents, you can be reassured that when you have Renewal by AndersenⓇ Windows, installed by Mr. Rogers, you have the exclusive Lifetime Glass Breakage Warranty. That’s right, even if you break one, you’re covered. And don’t forget, re-screening for life!†
Now tell us one other company that gives a lifetime guarantee for glass breakage and re-screening. We don't think you'll find one.
†This warranty covers all material and labor to replace the broken glass or screen. This warranty does not cover TruScene screens, storm doors, natural disasters, acts of God, periods of unrest, acts of war, etc. In those cases, homeowners insurance must be used.”
